We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy is reflected by the version date located at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. All updates and amendments are effective immediately upon notice, which we may give by any means, including, but not limited to, posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy or other notice on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy often to stay informed of changes that may affect you, as your continued use of our Services and/or your subscription to our mailing list signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

3. Scope

This Privacy Policy concerns our use of the personal data you provide when you subscribe to our mailing list and any other personal information you provide to us for the purpose of the negotiation or delivery of our Services including audio recordings and photographs either supplied by you or captured by us.

attend our classes, workshops, performances, or other events and activities

you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect.

This information is herein referred to as your Personal Information and may include:

details including gender, occupation, location
your purchase history and the history of your use of our Services
your musical abilities and interests
other demographic information
photographs of you either provided by you or taken by us
audio and video recordings of you either provided by you or taken by us

By giving us this information or using our Services during which this information is taken, you consent to this information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by us, as described in this Privacy Policy.

6. How we use and disclose your information

We may use and disclose Personal Information for the following purposes:

(a) To send you informational and promotional content in connection with any of our professional or artistic activities. This may include the releases, performances, recordings, videos, blog posts, or any other activity of The Straw Horses, Gaiamantra, The Predecimals, and any other musical project related to Robert Bray. This may also include advertisements and promotions for workshops, tuition, mentoring, creative retreats, musical therapy, production and recording services offered by us.

(b) To promote, advertise, demonstrate, or otherwise publicise our Services via printed material, spoken word, audio/video recordings, websites, email, or any other means.

These promotional activities will not include your name, contact details, or any sensitive information unless you have given your specific consent for that usage of your information. If you appear in a photograph, video recording, or audio recording of any of our workshops, performances, classes, or other events or activities, your attendance at that event signifies your consent for that information to be collected and used as described here (but please see section 12, paragraph (b) for your Right to object).

(c) To bill and collect money owed to us. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, notices and alerts.

(d) To send you System Alert messages. For example, we may inform you of temporary or permanent changes to our Services, such as planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings, and changes to our Privacy Policy.

(e) To communicate with you about your use of our Services and provide customer support.

(f) To protect the rights and safety of our clients and third parties, as well as our own.

(g) To meet legal requirements, including complying with court orders, valid discovery requests, valid subpoenas, and other appropriate legal mechanisms.

7. Public information and third party websites

(a) Our Websites may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Website, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites. We also maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform are submitted at your own risk without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. Your interactions with those features and platforms are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

(b) Our websites include links to other websites, whose privacy practices may be different from ours. If you submit Personal Information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

SECURITY

8. Notice of breach of security

If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, then Ludo Music will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

9. Safeguarding your information

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.

10. Accuracy and retention of data

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes (for example, if you have a new email address), then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.

11. Access

We will give you access to any Personal Information we hold about you within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by contacting us. Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information about you from our servers at your request. There is no charge for an individual to access or update their Personal Information.

You have the following rights, which we will uphold as described here:

(a) Right to be forgotten

We will delete all information we hold about you at your request and without undue delay.

(b) Right to object

You may instruct us to prohibit certain uses of your information and we will act without undue to delay to comply with that request. In the event that this prevents us from continuing to use your information at all, we will delete all the information we hold about you.

(c) Right to rectification

You may request that incomplete information be completed or incorrect information be corrected and we will act to implement those changes.

(d) Right of access

You have the right to know what information about you is being held and how it is being processed. Contact us and we will reply with the information you have requested.

(e) Right of portability

You may request that information about you be transported to another organisation. Contact us and we will act without undue delay.

In the event of us being unable to fulfil a specific request made by you under these Rights, we will delete all data we hold about you without undue delay.
